Any person or staff member, including physicians, who has concerns about patient care or safety in Laboratory Services is encouraged to contact the Laboratory Director or Quality Improvement 360.299.1300.
If the concerns are not adequately resolved, the individual is encouraged by the organization to contact the Joint Commission, without concern about retaliatory disciplinary action at:
