What Is a Virtual Visit?

A virtual visit is a medical appointment conducted online through a secure video chat. Patients with a smartphone, tablet or computer, and internet access can request a virtual visit.

How do I schedule a virtual visit with my provider?

Please call your provider’s office directly to schedule a virtual visit. Primary care patients can call 360.293.3101.

You will receive an email after you make your appointment inviting you to pre-register on your portal. You will join your appointment at your scheduled time from your portal.

 

What is the cost of a virtual visit?

virtual visit costs the same amount as an in-person visit.
